TRI Pointe Homes made plans to develop 44 multifamily homes on 3.3 acres in Pleasant Hill, CA. They were required to have 5,000 square feet of bio retention treatment area.

Mountain Cascade’s crew installed 15 ft x 15 ft bio retention cells using 4 ft pieces of Flat Panel™ FP-475. Installation time took about an hour to complete per cell.
