GatorDock® and Mantle Industries™ marinas cater to large sailboats, catamarans, and yachts, as well as specialized marinas for sailing teams, houseboats, personal watercraft, and other specialized boating. Whether you’re building a new marina or restructuring an existing one for larger watercraft vessels, our in-house engineering team will custom design your structure to meet your project requirements. Not only do our marinas hold up to marine conditions better than other materials, but our design and fabrication process offers expanded, more cost-effective options for large scale, high-traffic commercial marinas seeking the best long-term value.
The full float dock is constructed with a fully welded aluminum frame that is filled with a polyurethane foam. The frame is attached to the bottom of the dock frame and provides as close to 100% float coverage as possible. This allows for more stability and live load capabilities than our other dock systems.
These economical plastic tubs are filled with polystyrene foam and bolted to the dock frame. Certain locations and applications may not be suited for this floatation type due to the risk of being punctured by watercraft or ruptured during ground out.
Our pontoon float is a popular choice for public boat launches and ramps. The aluminum float shells are filled with durable foam that will remain intact even if exposed to boat fuels and marine chemicals.
Fixed marinas provide consistent marina pier heights regardless of water fluctuation. Our aluminum pier sections can span 20 feet on pile centers, minimizing the cost of piles and pile driving. Maximize the life of your fixed marina supports by choosing TimberGuard® or UltraComposite™ piles.
Your marina's needs may require a combination of a fixed and a floating system. If your dock system layout is catering to many different vessel types or sizes, section your marina into smaller dock systems built specifically to the design you want.
